Edamame Seeds - 200g
Potato - 100g
Garlic - 5g
Coriander - 20g
Parsely - 20g
Lemon - 10g
Flour - 20g
Curry Roux - 1tbsp
Baking Powder - 5g
Coriander Seeds - 10g
Cumin Seeds - 10g
Black Pepper Powder - 10g
Sesame Seeds - 10g
Onion - 50g
Vegetable Sauce - 30ml
Spicy mayonnaise -20ml
How to make it
- Blend edamame seeds, boiled potato, onion, garlic, parsely and coriander with meat mincer machine. Add crashed curry roux, cumin and black pepper powder.
- Add 1tbsp of baking powder and flour as required
- Mix everything and shape the falafel with a mold.
- Then put falafel into the hot oil in a low flame till it become light brown colour.
- Add salt to taste.
- [Sauce] Mix vegetable sauce and spicy mayonnaise
