Rice - 200g
Cardamom - 4pcs
Cinnamon - 100g
Arabic Masala Powder - 1/4tbsp
Black Pepper - 1/4tbsp
Onion - 100g
Garlic - 6pcs
Bonito Fish - 1pcs
Tomato Paste - 1/4tbsp
Nutmeg Powder - 1/4tbsp
Cumin Powder - 1/4tbsp
Coriander Powder - 1/4tbsp
Stock - 25g
Tomato - 50g
Ghee or Butter - 25g

How to make it

  1. Mix all the spices in the bowl and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in the cooking pot and put onion and garlic stir till light brown.
  3. Add bonito fish and cook them in a low fire about 5 min and mix tomato puree.
  4. Add fresh Tomato and all spices and put add some water.
  5. Put grated carrot and keep it for boiling.
  6. After the water comes to a boil, add butter, stock cubes and tomato paste. After 5 minutes add rice.
  7. Stir slowly in the rice and cover the pot and simmer until rice is tender and dry. Cover and cook for additional 10 minutes.
