Boneless Chicken - 200g
Black Pepper - 20g
Paprika Powder - 10g
Tempura Powder - 20g
Bread Crumbs - 30g
Cooking Oil - 500ml
Egg - 1nos
Salt - a pinch
Vegetable Sauce - 30ml
mayonnaise - 20ml
How to make it
- Bring chicken breast and cut into slice or steak.
- Add black pepper,salt, papprika powder to the chicken.
- Put chicken on a tray and make the tempura powder and bread crumbs ready for the marination.
- Put an egg in a bowl and add salt, paprika powder and black pepper and stir it.
- Put the chicken breast in the tempura powder and shake well to reduce excess powder. Then dip it in beaten egg and breadbrumbs, and then fry it in oil.
