Boneless Chicken - 200g
Black Pepper - 20g
Paprika Powder - 10g
Tempura Powder - 20g
Bread Crumbs - 30g
Cooking Oil - 500ml
Egg - 1nos
Salt - a pinch
Vegetable Sauce - 30ml
mayonnaise - 20ml

How to make it

  1. Bring chicken breast and cut into slice or steak.
  2. Add black pepper,salt, papprika powder to the chicken.
  3. Put chicken on a tray and make the tempura powder and bread crumbs ready for the marination.
  4. Put an egg in a bowl and add salt, paprika powder and black pepper and stir it.
  5. Put the chicken breast in the tempura powder and shake well to reduce excess powder. Then dip it in beaten egg and breadbrumbs, and then fry it in oil.
