Edamame Soup

Edamame Seeds - 30g
Asparagus - 20g
Shallot - 50g
Spring Onion - 5g
Fresh Milk - 50ml
Coriander Leaves - 5g
Black Pepper - 5g
Butter - 5g
Sesame Seeds - 1/4tbsp
Chicken or Vegetable Stock - 5g
Garlic - 2 pcs
Broccoli - 5g
Salt - a pinch
How to make it
- Take a saucepan add butter over medium heat . Add shallots and garlic stir-fry until lightly brown [1-2 mim].
- Add edamame and bring it to boil, after that add stock stare, black pepper, spring opinion and coriander levels for a movements
- let all the mixture remain normal temperature to cool.
- Boil broccoli and keep aside
- After that put all the mixture in blender and blend it a fine paste.
- Before serving, add boiled broccoli and garnish with spring opinion.
- Sprinkle salt a pinch or as you like.
