Fresh Hamour - 200g
Black Pepper - 5g
Mustard Paste - 1tbsp
Coriander Powder - 5g
Cumin Powder - 5g
Paprika Powder - 5g
Lemon Juice - 2tbsp
Garlic Powder - 5g
Arabic Masala Powder - 5g
Tempura Powder - 100g
Bread Crumps - 100g
Egg - 1nos
Salt - a pinch
How to make it
- Take the bowl, put hamour fish cubes. Then add all spices and lemon juice.
- Before frying, make ready an egg in a bowl add black peper, salt and paprika powder. Make ready tempurako powder and bread crumbs in a separate tray.
- Add hamour cubes in the tempurako powder shake well to remove excess powder and then put into the egg mixture and then mix into the bread crumbs.
- After the hamour is mixed with bread crumbs and tampurako, put it into the hot oil for deep frying in a medium heat.
