Onion - 20g
Garlic - 5g
Ginger - 5g
Bay Leaf - 5g
Curry Roux - 20g
Arabic Masala - 5g
Cumin Powder - 5g
Black Pepper - 5g
Carrot - 10g
Potato - 10g
Mallow - 10g
Salt - a pinch

How to make it

  1. Put oil on a pan then add onion, bay leaf, ginger and garlic, and fry them for few minutes.
  2. Then put beef and fry for few minute and add all the spices.
  3. Then put water and add vegetable and curry roux.
  4. Add salt to taste.
  5. Cook the beef and vegetable until it is fully cooked.
