Boneless Beef - 200g
Onion - 20g
Garlic - 5g
Ginger - 5g
Bay Leaf - 5g
Curry Roux - 20g
Arabic Masala - 5g
Cumin Powder - 5g
Black Pepper - 5g
Carrot - 10g
Potato - 10g
Mallow - 10g
Salt - a pinch
How to make it
- Put oil on a pan then add onion, bay leaf, ginger and garlic, and fry them for few minutes.
- Then put beef and fry for few minute and add all the spices.
- Then put water and add vegetable and curry roux.
- Add salt to taste.
- Cook the beef and vegetable until it is fully cooked.
