Japanese Rice - 200g
Paprika Powder - 5g
Altahi Powder - 5g
Cumin Powder - 5g
Coriander - 5g
Tomato Paste - 100g
Tomato - 50g
Onion - 50g
Garlic - 10g
Olive Oil - 2tbsp
Salt - 2tsp
Carrot - 1nos
Marrow - 1nos
Potato - 1nos
Cabbage - 50g
Eggplant - 1nos
Black Pepper - 5g
How to make it
- Soak rice into the water before making the mixture (minimum 30 minutes) then drain the water then put choped garlic,tomato,and onion on the rice.
- Put the spice powder such as paprika, cumin, salt and altahi powder and black pepper.
- Add a fresh mint and coriander leaves.
- Add tomato paste and olive oil in the mixture and make all the vegetable ready for stuffing. Put all the mixture inside the vegetable.
- Make soup for boiling vegetables. Put some water with tomato paste, salt, stock, black pepper and paprika powder.
- Put the rice-stuffed vegetables in the soup and boil for 40 minutes to complete.
