Chopped Parsely - 5g
Garlic - 10g
Black Pepper - 5g
Altahi Powder - 5g
Coriander - 5g
Salt - a pinch
Vegetable Sauce - 30ml
Spicy mayonnaise - 20ml
How to make it
- Put the boneless mutton, capsicum, onion and garlic into a meat mincer machine and make them crushed medium thick.
- Then put the mixture in a bowl and add black pepper, salt, altahi powder chopped coriander and parsely.
- Then keep the mixture in the chiller for marination [minimum 2-3 hours]
