Boneless Chicken - 50g
Miso Paste - 10g
Soy Sauce - 2tbsp
Ginger - 5g
Honey - 10ml
Chopped Onion - 20g
Chopped Garlic - 5g
Butter - 10g
Stock - 5g
Spring Onion - 5g
How to make it
- Take frying pan add butter in a medium heat and stir-fry chopped onion, garlic and ginger until lightly Brown [1-2 minits].
- Add cut chicken pieces and cook with black pepper, soy sauce and honey.
- Let all the mixture cook for few minutes then add miso paste and mix well. Fry chicken until it is fully cooked.
- Sprinkle salt a pinch or as you like.
