Boneless Chicken - 50g
Miso Paste - 10g
Soy Sauce - 2tbsp
Ginger - 5g
Honey - 10ml
Chopped Onion - 20g
Chopped Garlic - 5g
Butter - 10g
Stock - 5g
Spring Onion - 5g

How to make it

  1. Take frying pan add butter in a medium heat and stir-fry chopped onion, garlic and ginger until lightly Brown [1-2 minits].
  2. Add cut chicken pieces and cook with black pepper, soy sauce and honey.
  3. Let all the mixture cook for few minutes then add miso paste and mix well. Fry chicken until it is fully cooked.
  4. Sprinkle salt a pinch or as you like.
