2022年度WOAHコラボレーティングセンター AMR研修会
OIE Collaborating CenterRegional short-term online training was held from 28 February to 14 March 2023 by National Veterinary Assay Laboratory (NVAL) with support of WOAH RRAP.
Objectives of this training were
• to provide follow-ups for the past AMR training held by NVAL.
• to enhance the engagement in regional AMR activity.
• to maintain/ strengthen the network among the previous participants in the AMR Laboratory Trainings provided by NVAL.
This training consisted of one-day webinar on 28 February and e-mail based discussion for 2 weeks until 14 March. In terms of the webinar, we had 41 participants from 15 countries or regions, and total 37 trainees took a whole term of this training. To prepare for training program, trainees filled the questionnaire.

NVAL staffs gave presentations about NVAL’s updated technics, provisional break points and monitoring in companion animals. The external lecturer from Rakuno Gakuen University gave a special lecture. We had shared results of the questionnaire andtrainee from Nepal, Hong Kong (SAR-PRC), Myanmar, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Republic of Korea and Viet Nam had introduced their national action plan, AMR monitoring results, challenges, future plans and etc. in their presentation. There were active exchange of opinions and information via live chat box and oral.
-E-mail based discussion-
E-mail list of trainees was shared and presentations were shared among trainees. 18 trainees requested to get materials from OIE - laboratory trainings in the past. 13 questions regarding techniques for AMR monitoring and regulations for AMR measurement were raised from 6 countries and regions. Q&A list were shared with other trainees as well. At the end of the training, AMR team in NVAL requested trainees to continue the “Asia and the pacific Animal AMR Lab team”–network constructed in this training.
国際獣疫事務局アジア太平洋地域事務所（OIE RRAP）の協力の下、令和5年2月28日から3月14日にかけて、OIEコラボレーティング・センターとして薬剤耐性（AMR）に関する研修会をオンライン開催しました。この研修会は、これまでに当所で実施した研修のフォローアップ、AMRに対するアジア太平洋地域内のつながりの強化及び過去の研修参加機関同士のネットワークの維持や増強を目的とし、初日のウェビナーとそれに続く2週間のメールベーストレーニングで構成されました。
ウェビナーでは、当所における試験法の技術的なアップデート、病畜から分離された病原菌の暫定的ブレイクポイント、伴侶動物のAMRモニタリングなどの講義の他、外部講師を招いた講演会や、参加型ワークショップとして、ネパール、香港、ミャンマー、タイ、スリランカ、韓国及びベトナムの参加者から各国におけるAMRアクションプランやモニタリング結果、チャレンジ、今後の計画などについて発表がありました。口頭やチャットで活発な質疑応答がなされました。
