和食ワールドチャレンジ」は、日本料理に高い関心を持ち、知識や技術の向上のため日々努力している外国人日本食料理人を対象として、2013年度から2023年度まで計11回実施した、農林水産省主催の日本料理コンテストです。
実施当時の情報を共有するため、アーカイブサイトを立ち上げました。
なお、「和食ワールドチャレンジ」は終了しましたが、外国人日本食料理人を対象とした日本料理コンテストは、農林水産省補助事業として以下のとおり実施しております。
